The consequences of this Act are as follows:

1. Eliminate all state laws that limit abortion.
2. Allows abortion on demand for all 9 mos. of pregnancy.
3. Invalidates all pro life laws passed since Roe vs. Wade.

FOC Act would:

1. invalidate the ban on partial birth abortion.
2. invalidate the ban on federal funding of abortion.
3. invalidate the ban on abortion in government operated hospitals.
4. invalidate the ban on parental notification.
5. laws on waiting periods: women would not be given information or time to consider options other than abortion.  
6. consciences laws: doctors, nurses and health care providers will be mandated to perform or assist in abortions and may be fired if they refuse.
