The Anti-Reagan
Like him or not, Buchanan is right on the money with this article. A father and son might fight like two roosters in a hen house, but, in public, dad will talk with great pride of his boy's best acomplishments and show admiration for his son. He loves him to death and to that end will he defend him. This is an innate process. Dad does not think, "Should I give the impression that I'm ashamed of my son? Should I make apologies for him? Should I show people the bastard I really think my son is?" No! A father would only talk bad of his son if the family was dysfunctional and dad didn't know any better. Enter Hussein Obama and his, and our, country. With Hussein Obama leading us, hwe are dysfunctional. While Hussein Obama was touring, he apologized to the world for the atrocities his, and our, country has committed. And let us not forget; Michele Obama stated publicly she was ashamed of America for most of her life. I'll tell you who they should be ashamed of... themselves. I still cannot believe this moron is our president. HF

Despite his boldness, Barack Obama seems as fated to fail as were Woodrow Wilson and Jimmy Carter. And for the same reason: a belief in his own righteousness and moral superiority, and a belief that his ideals and his persona count mightily in the modern world.
